Rich was very professional and completed work with his crew on time and as quoted. I hired him for hardscaping as well as landscaping work at my home last summer (June 2014 - I am purposefully writing this review after a year as I wanted to see how his work turns out after 4 seasons). The hardscaping involved creating a patio and walkway. At first, his men ran the compactor on newly laid pavers without rubber padding and damaged the pavers. He replaced them as soon as I pointed out that the finish on the pavers is damaged. Overall, his hardscaping work was way better than the landscaping work (which resulted in too many ups/ downs in my yard leaving puddles). I'd hire him again for hardscaping work.

We've used Rich Lawns and Landscaping for two major jobs, one in 2012 and one this past spring (2014). We were very happy wih the first job, which involved landscaping, paving and stone work in the front of our house, so we brought him back to continue the work in the backyard. Phil Rich, the owner, was personally involved with all aspects of the project and helped us come up with the plans. The work was high quality, on budget and on time. We highly recommend him.
